Terms & Conditions

By booking a piercing appointment with Glitz and Jabs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking.

 

**2. Age Requirement**

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a piercing without parental consent. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide written consent.

 

**3. Health and Safety**

- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the piercing process.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to the client’s health or safety.

 

**4. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling**

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

- Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. 

 

**5. Payment Terms**

- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

- Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

 

**6. Liability Waiver**

Clients must sign a liability waiver before the piercing procedure. Glitz and Jabs is not liable for any complications, infections, or adverse reactions that may occur after the piercing.

 

**7. Aftercare Instructions**

Clients will receive aftercare instructions and are responsible for following them to ensure proper healing. Glitz and Jabs is not responsible for any issues arising from improper aftercare.

 

**8. Jewelry Quality**

We use high-quality, hypoallergenic jewelry. Clients may choose to provide their own jewelry, but Glitz and Jabs is not responsible for any issues arising from jewelry not supplied by us.

 

**9. Privacy Policy**

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

**10. Modifications to Terms**

Glitz and Jabs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 

**11. Governing Law**

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spokane County Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
