Refund Policy

At Glitz and Jabs we strive to provide high quality services and products. We  understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our terms regarding refund services and products.

Piercing service

Due to the nature of our services, all piercings' appointments are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, including piercings (such as infection or improper placement.) please contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer a complimentary follow up appointment or adjustment.

Jewlery and Products

* Defective products: If you purchase jewelry or other products from us and find them to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or instore credit.

* Non-defective products: We do not accept refunds or offer refunds. Please chose your items carefully.

Cancellations and rescheduling​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your piercing appointment, please notify us within 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
